Dunhua Zhengxing abrasive Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Heilongjiang Ning'an Zhengxing Abrasive Factory, which was founded in 1987. Over the past three decades, the company has been deeply involved in the boron carbide industry. Despite the challenges and hardships, the company has been dedicated to research and development, focusing on the research, production, and deep processing of boron carbide ceramic materials. It has adhered to its original industrial aspirations and developed steadily.

       In June 1999, leveraging the investment attraction policies of the Dunhua municipal government, the enterprise was relocated from Ning'an City, Heilongjiang Province, to the Economic Development Zone of Dunhua City, Jilin Province, and was officially renamed Dunhua Zhengxing Abrasives Co., Ltd. The factory covers an area of 1.2 hectares and is one of the first private manufacturing high-tech enterprises in China engaged in boron carbide smelting and powder deep processing. It is capable of producing boron carbide powder on a large scale that meets mainstream domestic and international standards such as FEPA (F4-F1500), ISO 6344, GB/T 2481, JIS R 6001, ASTM C750, and JB/T 3294.

       In October 2009, the company established its second powder processing plant in the export processing zone of Hunchun Cooperation Zone, Jilin Province, covering an area of 1.9 hectares, specializing in processing foreign trade orders for boron carbide powder. In May 2013, the wholly-owned Xinjiang Geruiding New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Kuitun, Xinjiang, and a boron carbide crystal block production base was built, covering an area of 14.5 hectares. The base achieved large-scale production the following year, with an annual production capacity of 7,000 tons of boron carbide crystal blocks. In July 2013, Dongguan Huachen Abrasives Co., Ltd. was established in Dongguan, Guangdong, specializing in providing customized product research and development, production line testing, and technical after-sales services to customers in the sapphire application field. Its three major production bases have all passed the dual international certifications of ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System, with an annual production capacity of 6,000 tons of boron carbide powder products.

       Our company's self-developed boron carbide series products meet the stringent powder technology specifications required by high-end fields such as aerospace, nuclear industry, and special protective engineering ceramics manufacturing, from production processes, finished product quality, to a comprehensive testing system. Our company is a qualified supplier of the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC), and is also the main drafting unit for two industry standards: JB/T 7993-2025 "Chemical Analysis Methods for Boron Carbide" and YS/T 423-2025 "Chemical Analysis Methods for Nuclear-Grade Boron Carbide Powder". Our laboratory is equipped with a full set of boron carbide physical and chemical property testing instruments that meet ASTM C791 American standards, ensuring that our testing and analysis capabilities reach the level of international advanced laboratories, providing a solid guarantee for the quality of our entire product line. Our company's independently developed "High-Grade Boron Carbide Micro-Powder" project has been selected for the national Torch Program and has received special support from the Innovation Fund for Technology-Based SMEs of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

 

       Both the Dunhua and Hunchun factory areas possess independent import and export rights. As one of Jilin Province's top 100 private enterprises, our company holds the renowned trademark "Zhengxing" in Jilin Province. For over three decades, our boron carbide products have been exported to countries and regions such as Europe, the United States, Japan, South Korea, and Hong Kong, China. We have earned widespread recognition from customers both domestically and internationally for our consistently excellent quality.
